Healthy Banana Protein Pancakes

  1. In a blender combine the banana, egg, oats, baking powder and protein powder until smooth and allow to set for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat a small pan to medium heat using oil.
  3. Pour some mixture into the pan until the base is covered.
  4. Cook until both sides are golden brown and serve straight away for the best taste.
  5. Top with berries and drizzle Manuka Honey on top.
