Immune Boosting Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are a super easy way to pack in the goodness in one go, particularly if you’re often on the go or short for time. Our berry smoothie recipe uses antioxidant-rich berries, mango, spinach and hydrating coconut water – which is balanced out with yoghurt and protein powder to keep you feeling fuller for longer. Of course, no berry smoothie is complete without a teaspoon of immune boosting honey for a little extra sweetness!

Ingredients
  • 70 Grams Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 50 Grams Frozen Mango
  • Handful Of Baby Spinach
  • 200 ml Coconut water
  • 2 tps Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 tps COMVITA 83+ 250G MANUKA HONEY

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a medium blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy as a morning treat.
